About Scrum@Scale

IMG_0976

Does it ever feel like things are missed simply because of the lack of process? Every organization has gaps in their process during product or service development, and at times it can feel like all options have been exhausted and that process-inefficiency will never be eliminated.

Scrum@Scale is a process-improvement framework designed to increase productivity, efficiency, and product quality. These “products” may be hardware, software, complex integrated systems, processes, services, etc., depending upon the domain of the Scrum Teams. Scrum@Scale courses empower leaders from any level of an organization to address complex problems through creativity and proven logistical methods. Networks of Scrum teams operating consistently with the Scrum Guide have the tools to perform in a way that contributes to the bottom line of an organization and opens the door for continued growth.

"The way Chris and Jeff explain scrum at scale as a biological organism - self organizing and autonomous - provided great clarity on how the system has no limitation on scale. The Saab
example of how an entire company of over 1,000 individuals can collectively cover every teams priorities in 1.25 hours is a perfect demonstration of sustainably scaling scrum."

"The course was very useful and the material was very easy to follow and understand. Chris was a
wonderful instructor who was able to articulate the material very well. Highly recommend Scrum at
Scale."

"Yes. I really enjoyed the course. Great instruction and very helpful class discussion. The workbook materials are excellent.
I am looking forward to working with Sigao to continue to learn to apply scrum to my own business process"

"In the world of complicated implementations of scaling scrum, Scrum@Scale makes logical sense and doesn’t require the overhead of other methods. It also helps to have an amazing teacher who has real world experience and Chris definitely fits that."
